KingsHill Loyal Member Reward Card
Terms & Conditions
Applying for a KingsHill Loyal Member Card ("card") confirms that you have entered into a contract with KingsHill Dance Holidays and the following terms and conditions apply. The Card and these T&C's are valid for all holidays attended and supersede all previous loyalty or reward schemes. KingsHill Dance Holidays reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as necessary, from time to time, publishing them at this location on our website at www.kingshilldanceholidays.com/loyaltycard.
A Card can be obtained free of charge by completing an application form. A 'Crown' is an official stamp mark issued by KingsHill Representatives at attended events on a valid Card.
How to earn Crowns
1. One Crown can be earned per customer per qualifying event. To earn a Crown, a valid Card must be presented on attendance at a qualifying KingsHill event. Crowns cannot be issued, awarded or collected retrospectively.
Exclusions
2. Crowns can only be earned in relation to KingsHill holidays which include accommodation. Crowns cannot be earned at non-residential KingsHill events or in relation to day or evening passes etc.
Earning and Redeeming Rewards
3. A KingsHill Dance Holidays £20 Voucher ("voucher") is earned when four Crowns are collected within any time frame (there is no expiry date) from the date the card is issued. The voucher can be claimed at the time of the issuing of the fourth Crown or at a subsequent KingsHill event.
4. The voucher is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
5. You must relinquish your Card to claim your £20 Voucher.
6. The voucher is valid as part payment for a KingsHill holiday for a period of 12 months from the date issued. It cannot be used as payment for all or part of a deposit for a holiday.
7. Crowns are personal to the individual Card holder and cannot be pooled with Crowns earned by another individual, nor redeemed together. Crowns or vouchers cannot be transferred to any other person.
8. It is not possible to merge the Crowns from multiple Cards onto a single Card.
Lost or Stolen Cards
9. Your Card is your responsibility and, in the event of damage or loss, it cannot be replaced. KingsHill Dance Holidays is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged loyalty cards. In any event, you cannot transfer existing Crowns onto a new Card.
Limitations of use of your Card
10. Cards may not be sold, exchanged or used for any other purpose, except as specified in these Terms & Conditions.
11. KingsHill Dance Holidays reserves the right to refuse to accept a Card or to limit the use of a Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. KingsHill Dance Holidays may withdraw or cancel your Card or take any other action it may deem appropriate in the event we suspect fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Card. The Card shall become void and invalid once cancelled in such circumstances and you will not be able to redeem any earned vouchers.
Amendment of these Terms and Termination
12. KingsHill Dance Holidays reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time or to completely withdraw the scheme on reasonable notice. Where we intend to withdraw the scheme, we will always endeavour to provide 30 days' notice.
